bullet  General Notes:

A soft-hearted, kind, and compassionate person. Grace Anne always wanted to make others feel "at home".

When she was a young girl she frequently found herself in some manner of mischief. For example, there is the time she ate "dog poop" when she was a little girl, in New Orleans, Louisiana. And, on the island of St. Thomas, US Virgin Islands, she was fond of playing with the spiders that lived in holes in the yard. Grace Anne just seemed inquisitive, outgoing, and sometimes too curious!

Grace Anne's hair and skin were dark, prompting some to wonder if she may have been of some Native American descent. Grace Anne was always considered attractive, with a wonderful smile.

In school, she excelled at woodworking. She won awards in competition for woodworking while at Huntington High School, Shreveport, Louisiana.

During her marriage to Ned Vaz, she found an interest in owning her own business. After their divorce, Grace Anne went back to school, and learned to cut & style hair. She became fairly successful at this trade, and continues at it til this day (1998).
